Don was in a good mood. He thanked us time and again for not filming or using cellphones, and right at the beginning promised that if we behaved, he'd let us film "that hotel song".  In short, it was all I hoped for and more.

Oh, and the most curious thing: about halfway through, Don told us he would "take a hike" but that the girls would do a song for us. That turned out to be "I Don't Want to Hear Anymore". It was nice, but a bit unexpected.

He didn't mention Glenn at all, but he probably has his reasons and I can understand that.
